All three bedrooms are larger than 15'x15' but lack closets, characteristic of the 1890's. In lieu of adding closets when restored, the orginal doors between rooms were left intact so the rooms can be used as a den, parlor, study or office.

The screened porch has been converted to a heated and cooled sunroom.
